RETURN, EXCHANGE & WARRANTY CLAIMS


You have made an online purchase, it has arrived and it doesn't fit or perhaps it isn't quite what you wanted or maybe you have simply changed your mind?

Whatever the reason this is not going to be a problem.

Please read and follow the directions below so we can exchange, upgrade, refund or make a warranty claim for you. 
 

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM

Your product(s) must be returned intact with their original, unmarked packaging and all labels attached to enable the product to be resold as new.

Please DO NOT put any courier or other labels directly onto the product packaging as this will result in a rejected return.

Please ensure you package your return sufficiently so as to prevent any damage occurring in transit, damaged goods will not be accepted for return

You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase, we aim to process all returns within 3 working days of receiving them back. 

Please note that a handling and/or shipping fee will apply from the second exchange (including click & collect orders).

    RETURN EXCEPTIONS

    Unfortunately some items can not be returned for exchange or refund if the packaging has been opened, these include:

    • Face Masks, Tents, Bivvys & Shelters, Airbeds, Inflatable mattresses, Sleeping Bags and base layer/underwear of any type.
    • Climbing and mountaineering equipment cannot be exchanged or returned.
    • Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return or exchange.
    • Gas canisters/fuel cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Headlamp, torches of any kind.
    • Kayaks.

     

    HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

    • All warranty claims must be submitted using the online form below. 
    • Please include as much information as you can and upload supporting photographs to also assist in processing your claim 
    • Warranty claims are made with the manufacturer or their appointed agent, please note this process can take 3-4 weeks until resolved. If there is a genuine urgency with your claim please make us aware on the form and we will advise the manufacturer / agent when we lodge the claim

    SHIPPING FEE

    • We do not refund the original shipping fees.
    • The cost of returning all goods rests wholly with the purchaser and we will not reimburse this cost.
